"As a long-time customer, we can assess a declining company with a high degree of reluctance bordering on impudence and unserious behavior from both Mrs. Vohradníková and Mr. Vančák, the executive director. We switched to another provider after 9 years and it is a relief. We definitely do not recommend Neofema s.r.o., which does not even respect its elderly clients. Unfortunately, they have problems with such a small thing as setting up the sending of tax documents via email in PDF form or by post, even though this is charged for in the price list. Instead of using this service we requested, they preferred to keep sending us some very dubious links with a limited validity period and repeatedly invited us to terminate cooperation, which we were finally happy to comply with……… Big warning! Another company that crosses all boundaries with its clients......"
