"Not only did we pay an exorbitant amount over the years we worked with Netstudio, but we also had a site with various bugs that were repeatedly not fixed. For every change, as well as for their error corrections, we were constantly paying exorbitant amounts for credits, so that the changes that needed to be made could be implemented. The customer service was unacceptable (only via messages), especially considering the amounts we had already paid. It was unacceptable to need something and not be able to fix it immediately. Worst of all, due to their own mistake, they told us that we had not paid for any hosting in the past and even sent us an out-of-court settlement. The value of what they offer in relation to the money they are asking for is outrageous, especially with so much progress in the field."
