"Very disappointing experience. Not recommended. Poor follow-up, poor delivery and unprofessional handling of feedback. They threatened to depublish the website. We initially agreed that they would develop the website for a fixed price of 16,000 NOK. They also emphasized that the most important thing was that I would be satisfied with the end result. After the contract was signed, however, I experienced that what was actually included in the agreement was very limited, and that I had to accept several additional services with higher costs than what was originally agreed. When it comes to feedback and adjustments, I have also experienced that not enough time has been allocated for this. Before publishing, I reviewed the website and requested some necessary changes, but was then told that you had already spent more time than expected - despite the fact that no time limit was specified in the agreement. At the same time, it was informed that the website would be published first, and that further changes could then be assessed as necessary. However, after publication, I have discovered several significant errors in the website, which confirms that the proposed changes before publication were necessary. The website was published without our final approval, even though we clearly expressed that we were not satisfied with the delivery. In total, we paid NOK 26,000. We informed that we wanted to use the remaining amount of NOK 7,500 with another supplier to correct the deficiencies, since Nettfokus did not want to correct these without demanding further payment. Instead of trying to resolve the disagreement in an orderly and professional manner, they have threatened to depublish the website. The response from Netfokus AS contains my company name Renklikk AS. This is not something I have approved of being used in their response."
