"Every year, the company I work for has a kick off meeting off-site. This year, we gathered at ROAM. It was a nice atmosphere and the change of scenery from room-to-room really gives you the mental break you need from an 8 hour meeting. Things you should know: I. PARKING Very simple. ROAM is in the Perimeter Expo Plaza and has a massive shared lot with plenty of available, free spaces. You'll notice ROAM is on the second level. II. SERVICE Outstanding. We needed refills on items within the room (i.e. coffee, water, tea..) and the staff slid in without disturbing the meeting in a very timely fashion. The lunch was catered and placed nicely out front of our room doors. Also, there was a small cafe within the premises. It was overall pleasant. III. QUALITY I've never been to a meeting space where there is a complimentary coffee/tea bar within the individual meeting room. Ours had a variety of milks, syrups, sugar alternatives, etc. That was pleasant. There was a dry-erase board, TV, notepad, and even a wall you could write on. The large table had a variety of electronic ports. Everything you needed was within that single room and nicely put together. IV. CAPACITY Not crowded. The large rooms were fairly empty"
"Our church meets at this location, and they have been the most gracious hosts. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure we have everything that we need and gone above and beyond during the pandemic to allow us to continue to meet safely. The staff is A+. We meet during the week as well, and they know everyone by name and ask us how we are doing. There are also so many options for businesses of all sizes, from hot desks to full offices. The cafe is also stocked with plenty of goods to get you through the work day."
"Excellent staff, very accommodating, and made sure our 3 day event went smooth and our participants were well taken care of. Very responsive to requests and went above and beyond. Great location near several nice hotels and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They were even and to host our reception with excellent food and opportunity for staff to socialize."
