"Hello I'm giving this rating not to your agency services, but to the comprehensive health tourism training you provided. Perhaps calling it a comprehensive advertisement would be more meaningful to me. First, I want to talk about the venue and seating arrangement. How healthy do you think a training environment without backrests is? Especially for 5 hours. I'm currently experiencing severe back pain. I'm sorry, but you haven't considered the comfort of the participants at all; you've tried to get the maximum number of participants with the minimum cost. This situation makes me think that your commercial concerns have overshadowed the brand value you're trying to build. They didn't even think about providing a notebook for taking notes. I want to attend the trainings. I think I came to the training with high expectations. I thought it would help me develop a strategy, but it wasn't at all what I expected. I'm skipping the unproductive training session because your founder, Mr. Emre, got too excited, and because of this, I personally didn't even see some of the slides he rushed through. When I requested the slides from you, I was informed that private information cannot be shared 😅 I don't understand how a presentation of a course I paid for, received a certificate for, can be considered such confidential information. So, did the photographers win? 😅 If it's confidential, you need to be responsible for explaining it properly during the training. Because responsibility is required somewhere. I got nervous during the training and couldn't show it. We can't share confidential information after the training?? I really don't understand why and what we paid for. While you were explaining your brand values, you said you were sharing information and helping everyone, but I didn't see that value in reality, I'm sorry. The other two trainers were just promoting themselves. Every question and answer led to the conclusion that you should get services from an agency :) I think the CRM topic was very superficial. The whole training was superficial, actually. I regret to say that it didn't add anything personal to me. Your involvement in training as an agency is, in my opinion, a debatable issue now. Also, your rule that clients must be contacted very quickly in CRM is a must, but I didn't see such a rule when I tried to reach your agency. They said slides would be sent, but they weren't sent unless I reminded them. If you don't apply your own rules first, you can create prejudice on the other side. I hope you start the professionalism you expect from your consultants within your own organization first."
