"Yesterday I visited this store. I was planning to buy a fairly expensive gaming laptop. There were five employees in the store. One of them was processing an order, two were talking to each other near the door, and two more were sitting at a table chatting. So four out of five were not busy. I approached the two sitting at the table and asked for a consultation. They said they couldn’t help and sent me to the only employee who was actually working. He asked me to wait until he finished. I waited for 20 minutes. Nobody helped me. At that point I decided that this is not a place where I should make a purchase. Pros: good selection. Cons: it’s impossible to actually buy anything. I honestly don’t understand how this store even operates 🙂"

"I went in to buy a kindle. Staff were generally quite lazy and careless, cashier was particularly unpleasant. Two kindles (the exact same model and generation) were priced differently on the website and it wasn’t clear as to why from the description. Member of staff said he didn’t know. So I asked him - as they are the same please can you get me the cheaper one? He ignores me and gets me the more expensive one. I asked him once again what’s the difference he calls someone else who says they are just shipped from different countries. Ended up paying for the more expensive one simply because I couldn’t be bothered to deal with their attitude any longer."
