"When I first engaged with Nice Branding, they really made me believe they understood my vision and genuinely cared about helping me succeed. They were responsive at the start, and I felt confident I was making the right decision. Unfortunately, that changed quickly after I signed their two-year contract — something I take full responsibility for overlooking in my rush to meet my business’s launch deadline. Over a year later, key deliverables still have not been met. The only person I consistently hear back from is the ads person; otherwise, email response times have been poor. What’s been most painful is realizing that once you’re locked into a contract, the level of care and effort drops dramatically. It feels like they just say whatever they need to at the beginning to secure your money, and then you’re stuck, regardless of how poorly they deliver. As a small business owner, this has been financially devastating. I am now paying for another year of services I am not even receiving — and they refuse to let me out of the contract. From my experience, Nice Branding seems better suited for corporations with marketing teams who can hand everything off to them and people who need custom websites because platforms like Shopify won’t work for them. - not a small business like mine. I rarely leave reviews like this, but I truly feel taken advantage of and heartbroken over this decision. Please, if you’re a small business considering working with them, think carefully and read every part of the contract. I hope this helps someone avoid the mistake I made."
