"Using Nimble to build a new website for us that was going to WOW! us fell way short. The words and logo are blurry and when I mentioned it I was told it would be clearer when it goes live. Still blurry. The products are all over and not in order which I was told would be changed. They even had our ph. number wrong and it took 12 times to get them to change it. Our main products which we kept telling them are not listed - oh we will correct it when it goes live - still not on there. They put products on the website we can't even sell. This was the worst investment I have ever done. I'm sorry I even allowed them to do it. Now it's live and spending 3 minutes to learn how to change things when the guy showing how to do it kept making mistakes showing how to make changes - so not impressed. I was pressured to sign off on it as it would be corrected once live and now it's all my fault. If I could give a minus 20 in stars it still wouldn't be enough to say how we feel about this. This website, for the cost, and all the time I have put into it, I could have hired an elementary student and received a better product. My previous website, took me two hours to do and was organized and clear. And of course, you have to pay them in advance with no recourse if they do a crappy job. They advertise that they do it all for you - but it kept coming back as I had to do this and that and they still didn't listen, didn't bother to learn anything about the business and had a mightier than thou attitude. I learned my lesson - costly, but will know better now."
