"I found what i was booking for. To be exact they had a variety of gi brands and equipment of fighting sports. Though the store was quite far"
"I bought some karate belts from NKL Budo Shop along with some other gear. The order arrived, but the belts were clearly too small. From the very beginning, I contacted them via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange, and they told me there was no problem, that I should send them back and they would send me longer ones when they received them. This is where the absurdity begins. At no point did they give me clear instructions on how to make the return. Nobody told me NOT to send it by regular mail. I simply notified them that I was going to send them, and that was it. I sent them via the post office as a regular letter (something perfectly normal when no one tells you otherwise). Days later, they start telling me that they have no record of the arrival, that they need a tracking number (which obviously doesn't exist for regular mail), and that they can't go to the post office to pick it up because the package is "addressed to me." They literally tell me that the owner himself would have to go... and that that's not possible. I'm worried Mr. Marqués might get a hernia. The solution they proposed was for me to contact the postal service, try to retrieve the shipment, and then resend it however they wanted, when the problem was their complete lack of information and professionalism from the start. However, there were no problems, no issues, and no delays when it came to collecting payment for the order. Everything was quick and perfect. The service was unprofessional, completely unhelpful, and totally unprofessional. In the end, I wasted time, money, and patience. I'm left without the belts and with the feeling that they wash their hands of any problem that arises. They didn't even bother to reply to my last message, demonstrating their complete lack of intention to help customers or resolve problems. I will never buy from them again, and I absolutely do not recommend them."
"Hello, I can tell you upfront that the shopping experience wasn't very satisfactory. First of all, I'd like to point out that I think they should clearly display the size chart on their website. It says to contact them regarding sizes, but actually getting in touch with them isn't easy. A size 180 here isn't the same as a size 180 in another store. In short, I think it would be simpler if they put the measurements on the website. On the other hand, once you make a purchase, the website doesn't work well. The order status isn't updated correctly. Shipping times might be more or less estimated, but since the website doesn't update properly and you don't know the status of your order, it's a bad situation. That's another issue: I didn't receive any tracking number, neither for the delivery nor for the return I made. The store says they'll let you know which company ships the item when they can, but there's no tracking number or anything like that. Sure, they tell you the company name, but you have to call them yourself (which makes sense), but it turns out the number is never answered. You get a machine that asks for your order number, but of course, you don't have it because no one gave it to you, so it's useless and you're left in the same situation. In this sense, you're constantly uncertain about whether your order will arrive or if you have to be constantly checking on the shipment, and that's awful. They should change their returns policy, because they came to pick up my order for return but didn't give me anything—no paperwork, no tracking number, I didn't even receive any tracking information by email. This leaves us with that same uncertainty about whether it will actually arrive or not. I've read several comments about them deducting shipping costs from returns, etc. In this regard, I think I should say in favor of the store that they have it clearly stated on their website. Those are the "rules" of the game, so if you buy from this store, it's because you accept those rules. You might like it or not, or think that other stores don't work this way, or that their return or exchange system is much better, but ultimately it boils down to this: they make it very clear how it works, and it's up to you to decide whether to buy or not. Based on what happened to me, it's clear that there are certain products you can't buy without trying them on in person, because sizes vary a lot from one brand or store to another, and especially in this store, with their return policy, you either get it right or you're guaranteed to lose money. As a recommendation, I would suggest implementing a size exchange system, similar to one I've seen and used at another online store. You buy a certain size, and if it doesn't fit and you need a larger or smaller size, at least for the first exchange, they would send you the new garment in a different size. The delivery person would then take the original garment back and return it at the same time as the new one. I've had this experience at another store, and it's very satisfactory because it's so convenient for the customer. I also want to point out that I bought the kimono during Black Friday, and it was discounted (regardless of the size). When I asked if they would honor the original price if I ordered a smaller size, they said no, which I found very unfair. You deduct the shipping cost, you deduct x for the return, and if I want to buy a smaller size of the same product (which would be an exchange), you don't honor the price? Well, that's where the whole thing falls apart for me. This is one of the reasons why I won't be buying from this store again. Best regards, and I hope you can improve these details that, like me, are preventing me from buying anything from this store again, at least online."
"Excellent service, fast and efficient. I placed my order on Monday and indicated it was urgent, and it arrived at my house Wednesday morning in perfect condition. Very happy with the dobok I bought for my daughter. A thousand thanks from Club Taekwondo Yecla Jin."
"Shameful customer service. After ordering the wrong size, it's been over 10 days for them to come and collect the previous package. They haven't come for it, and they lie, saying they came by and no one was home when we haven't even left the house. You contact them via WhatsApp and they offer no solutions, replying whenever they feel like it. You speak to them on the phone and it's all lies, saying they'll come one day and then not. You schedule a pickup time with them over the phone for another day and I'm still waiting for them to come. And all this while still waiting for them to finally pick up the correct size. SHAMEFUL. DO NOT BUY HERE. AT LEAST NOT ONLINE."
