"I hired NKP Medical Marketing with the expectation that the services and fees outlined in our agreement would be followed and delivered as promised. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by ongoing issues with service delivery, communication, and billing. For a significant period of time, I did not receive performance analytics or reporting that were included in the contract. Despite multiple requests, these deliverables were not provided consistently or in a timely manner. Communication was a persistent problem. Responses were often delayed, and in some cases there was no response at all, even when my inquiries involved missing services or billing concerns. In addition to the lack of follow-through, I experienced repeated billing issues. I was charged for items and services that were not outlined in the contract, and despite bringing this to their attention multiple times, the charges continued. I have repeatedly requested refunds or corrections for these overcharges, but resolution has been slow and incomplete. When concerns were raised, NKP’s approach felt reactive rather than accountable. Credits or explanations were offered only after escalation, instead of proactively ensuring that billing aligned with the contract and services were being delivered as agreed. Much of the burden of tracking charges, requesting refunds, and documenting discrepancies fell on me as the client. For a medical marketing company at this price point, I expected transparency, responsiveness, and strict adherence to contracted services and fees. That standard was not met. The lack of communication, combined with ongoing billing discrepancies, made it extremely difficult to trust the relationship. Based on my experience, I strongly advise other practices to closely monitor invoices, compare charges directly to the contract, and demand regular analytics from day one. I would never recommend NKP Medical Marketing as a marketing company."
