"Would've loved for this to work. I kept "Trusting the process." Hired them on a 3 month test trial under "White Label Services" for one of my companies "Easy Simple Solar" because we test before we offer. Here's what the data says from their trial: +60% Bad/Unqualified/Unserviceable Leads. Skeptical from the unrealistic KPIs data given. We've been doing marketing with solar for +5yrs. For those not aware, solar is one of the most expensive CPA. Cons - Red Flags: - No Guarantees, "Sold as Is" - Might/Not Work. - Restrictive Contracts - Primed for when they don't deliver. - Slow Outdated Methods - Still doing what only worked pre-2020. - One size fits - all ignoring specific business needs. - Lack of verifiable case studies - due to White Labeled. - No Weekend Communication. - Delayed Action - "It takes time" - Ads ALWAYS in Learning Phase (3m). - Constantly asking what previously already answered. - Lack understanding of objectives & marketing terms. Pros - Green Flags: - Cheap. - Responsive Weekday Communication (within 30 minutes). - Smooth White Label Onboarding. - Friendly Staff. Clearly a marketing issue. Qualified leads were getting called within 3 minutes of application. Moved to proper stages. (Was also addressed multiple times in the beginning that would be booking unqualified leads. They kept assuming they were doing a great job I reminded them all throughout that their data is incorrect because they were "bad leads.") How we should've done it: - Hone in on the offer. - Launch 8 Creatives. - Test for Winners in 3 days. - Analyze the data. - Test for winners another 3 days. - Launch Winning Ads. - Scale Outperforming Ads. - Start Process Again to avoid Ad Fatigue."
