"I never really leave reviews however I been using ghost mail for over a year now, never had any issue with communications with email and also their service are great for the price, I pay yearly and they have been fantastic company. Not sure why they have low reviews but as a customer for over a year with them and spoken to them on email they deserve much more positive reviews! Im a happy customer with ghost mail"

"As you can see in the picture from their own customer service agent, they REGULARLY lose the identification documents that you send them. I even sent them the email that confirmed that I had supplied this. They then expect me to send them more identification when they inform me of this. Have reported to the ICO for breach of data protection. Would genuinely avoid."

"UPDATE: GHOST MAIL HAVE OPENED OUR POST, LOGGED INTO OUR COMPANIES HOUSE PORTAL USING OUR PRIVATE DETAILS AND CHANGED OUR REGISTERED ADDRESS WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. AT LEAST WE KNOW NOW HOW OUR DIRECTORS ADDRESS GOT CHANGED TO THEIR ADDRESS IN THE FIRST PLACE! We paid to use this address as our registered office from Nov 2022 - Nov 2023. Shortly after that we started receiving demanding emails, multiple times a day to say we needed to pay more money. We called and as the other reviews mention, were met with nothing but rudeness from staff members. We were accused of shouting and swearing (which never happened) and the phone was put down on us, after being advised that Companies House had also updated the registered address as the directors address, which was another paid service that we did not want. We sent an email asking for refund so that we could go somewhere else and were told we couldn't have a refund as we had already used the service. We then received a wholly unprofessional email from John Hewitt, who called our CEO 'a spoilt child'. We replied and explained that we were sourcing a new directors address and asked that they allow us time due to Royal Mail strikes and for Companies House to receive the documents and update them. We now know it was Ghost Mail who opened our post from Companies House, logged into our portal and changed the address themselves so that they can charge us more. We did source a new directors address and changed it with companies house as quickly as possible - sending proof that this had been submitted to Ghost Mail. However, in the meantime, Ghost Mail have written to Companies House and told them that we do not have permission to use the registered address, even though we have paid up until November 2023. This is all just bullying tactics as we refused to pay for the additional service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!"

"I was thinking about purchasing. But checked the reviews and saw how unprofessionally and rude they responded to negative comments on Trust pilot. Not a great sign..Shame the price looked good. Just general feedback- Even if the customer is wrong, reply professionally, as your unprofessional response can put off potential clients."

"I have used Ghost mail for about eight years and have found them to be very helpful and understanding, they always do their best to support your business, and because they are a very close knit team, they will always find a solution to any problems or difficulty you my have, and are a great source of information and advice, on all of your business needs for your company, dealing with, Company's House , H.M.R.C, Mailing address and anything else you my needed, communication is excellent, I have rated them 100%.
