"Scammers!!! They quietly charge the individual entrepreneur a debt for a single contribution for 2018 of UAH 44,500. which did not exist and could not exist even in theory. They do not inform the individual entrepreneur about this bogus debt. They secretly transfer to the enforcement service a demand to seize the accounts and property of the individual entrepreneur. At the same time, the individual entrepreneur himself is issued a document at the same time and later, confirming the absence of such debt. Then in 2021, the individual entrepreneur is successfully closed, there is no mention of any debts. And at the end of 2025, a person accidentally finds out about these enforcement proceedings to collect a non-existent debt. People work magically!"
"My impressions are mixed. The employee at window 19 was competent and answered all my questions, but she didn't elaborate. And in office 22, she didn't even let me finish my question right away; she started answering the wrong question. :( When I asked her second question, "Why did they raise their voices with me?", she told me there were a bunch of people outside. :( and so on. I finally got an answer, but it took more time, and they treated me like I was a beggar off the street. :( The nicest and most polite employee was in office 23, where there were also three clients, but she managed to smile and do her job while serving all three!!! By the way, the office, where they suggest submitting documents for re-registration, etc., is closed on Saturdays."
