"Ordered on 14/4 amid coronavirus with ELTA courier delivery. I won't comment on the shipping, but the company made sure to throw the ball to the shipping company. 10 days ago and after waiting 1 month+ for the product, they told me they would send me a new one with another shipping company. I waited for no reason. Since we had been talking every day for the last week, they decided to send me another product with another shipping company so that I could receive it more immediately. I received it on Monday 1/6 (from 14/4/2020). Bluetooth headphones and not the ones I had paid for. I'm so tired of calling you. I'm crying 25€, endless hours on the phones for 1.5 months and I will make sure that no one close to me or not buys from you. Normally, you should just sue me for psychological reasons and compensate me heavily. Finally, learn that to look good and be a reliable professional, you have to be one. SILK BREASTS ALSO NEED SILK BUTTS, GENTLEMEN AND LADIES."

"I bought a Xiaomi smartphone and had to use the warranty. On the first call I made to the store, they told me that I was not entitled to use it, but I pointed out that by law the warranty for all electronic devices is 2 years, so I sent them the device. They told me that the process would take about 1 week. The phone arrived in their hands on 8/11 after many calls from me and without getting a clear answer about where the device was, I asked to speak to the person in charge who told me the classic thing that he would call me but he never called me, I called again and he gave me the phone number of the company that sent the phone, where I called and to my surprise I learned that the phone arrived in the hands of the service on 3/12!!!!! During this time, whenever I called the top store, they told me that I would have the phone any day now. Finally, the phone was returned to me on 8/12, where the store had reported the battery as a defect, while I had told them that the problem was that the device turned off by itself at various times during the day. I never had an issue with the battery. In short, I was left without a device for a month for no reason and the phone was returned with the same problem since they reported an unrelated reason to the service. Not at all happy with the store, I do not recommend it!!!!"

"Unacceptable!!!! I placed my order on 08.05.2020. I received an email with the code immediately. They called me within an hour to inform me that if they don't see money, the order won't start. Up until now I said that I was dealing with a serious store and that's what it looked like. Finally, the delivery of the order for a distance of 40km from the store was completed yesterday 16.05.2020. The products have no value as they don't work and of course I can't change anything after so many days. Fortunately they weren't expensive but I also regretted the 25 euros I paid to eat the bear's work. Don't do the same M@l@ki@ with me!!!! Keep your money and buy what you see and catch...."
