"Honestly, moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I work downtown, so being this close to the SkyTrain is a game changer—my commute got so much easier... it is literally a minute away from the station. What surprised me is how quiet it is here, even though Metrotown is just steps away. The concierge is great too, always quick to help with little things. It’s super convenient, comfortable, and honestly just has a good vibe with not too many people in the building."
"This is a new building, but the overall quality is very poor. Many things are already broken. The elevator is out of service almost every other week. There are ongoing water-pressure issues, and the gym has been under construction for the last six months. Even the water-filler station only worked for about two months. The appliances throughout the building also feel low quality. Overall, the building does not meet the standards expected of new construction."
"Concierge is incompetent and disorganized. It doesn't seem like they have great communication skills, nor teamwork skills, as issues and room bookings constantly get forgotten. I'm told constantly different procedures for amenity room booking and then get told that it's another process altogether. Very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the concierge."
"New building but absolutely poorly managed. Too too many security issues. Strata expects residents to volunteer to monitor security. Concierge is incompetent. Amazon locker system doesn’t work and without codes we cant access our shipments. Management (Remi Realty) doesnt seem to care about any of the issues. We have written to them on numerous occasions but zero response. If you’re considering to buy/rent, beware! Save yourself some trouble. Edit: less than a year old and there’s been water damage and issues already. Ongoing pipe work/construction for 5 weeks and quite disruptive for people who work from home. The gym is now closed due to a water leak. Karaoke, games and movie theatre rooms are not open. Barbeque area isn’t operational. No wifi in the study room. Irresponsible dog owners leave their dog’s poop in the dog park everyday and have to make sure mine don’t step on it. Why are owners/residents expected to pay as much whether it is rent or maintenance fees when none of these amenities are open to us? Other people in the building are extremely rude and clearly racist towards the minority. Frustrated resident"
"UPDATE: security and front desk got improved. FINALLY. But the game room and another room are yet to be accessible and it's been nearly 2 years. Again, rent should be decreased because some ammenities paid for are not yet accessible. ------------------------- All the problems mentioned currently are true. Front desk are not given basic details ahead of time. Security is quite bad and residents are practically expected to volunteer to do that. The expensive rent should be reduced because of these issues because they are yet to be addressed properly."
