"Decisive bottom-fishing! Oaksmond has not brought us a single new customer, but charged full price without delivering results. I regret not reading their reviews before I hired them. A Google agency with a rating of 3 on Google says it all. They do not prioritize customer satisfaction! I was looking for a partner for Google Ads and specified that they should have documented experience working with cosmetic clinics where keywords like botox are on the site and rejected ads. I also told them that we have had two others who have not been successful with the task and therefore wanted assurance of results before I threw money at a new agency. They have not been successful in getting a single ad approved and are just saying that we have to remove the word botox from the site, which we have tried previously with the previous partner and which I have also told them. They should never have taken the job. They should have just said that it was nothing they could help with before XYZ and now that it has not been successful, of course refund us. It is a waste of money and a waste of time."
