"I ordered last 13.11.2021 and till today 20.12.2021 I haven't received anything. Furthermore I tried to contact via e-mail and via phone the store but without success. I'm still waiting for answers. On the account the parcel seems to be shipped but the parcel never arrived to me. The tracking number is incorrect as I got information directly from FedEx. The merchandise was of course immediately (during order process) charged on my credit card. Absolutely unprofessional store; no communication; no answers to calls or e-mails; no customer service. (I would have chosen 0 Stars, but at least one has to be chosen otherwise the recension can't be posted :-()"

"I ordered an Italian national team jersey way back on July 14, 2021, and as of today, December 13, nothing. I've sent emails, but no response. I called customer service, and no one answered after a 20-minute wait. Shameful. Send me the item immediately or give me my money back. When I purchased the item in July, it said delivery was scheduled for November 22. It's now December 13. Order number 8083354. It's your turn, Officine Idee Srl."

"It's shameful that the Italy jersey order placed on July 13, 2021, has yet to be shipped almost a month after the payment was due. This is UNACCEPTABLE considering the payment was made a full 5 MONTHS AGO. What's more, you don't even bother responding to emails or phone calls from customers complaining, who rightly feel cheated and frustrated. I've never seen worse service in my life! My order number is 8080733. I hope you can provide me with the information you've provided to others who have rightly complained."

"Avoid like the plague. On Saturday, July 3rd, I purchased two Italian national team jerseys and paid the extra fee for express delivery. After 7 days, I haven't received ANYTHING. Despite my reminder emails (from my yahoo.it address) and the dispute I opened on Paypal, they haven't responded, and I still haven't received my money back. ABSOLUTELY AVOID. - Update from July 12th in response to your comment: I've already sent two emails to the address you suggested and NEVER received a response. Furthermore, I paid for express delivery when I placed the order (which never happened)."

I find it absurd to have to resort to a negative public review in exchange for information that could have been provided via email or phone. However, customer service is truly a phantom; I've been writing and calling for a week without a response. I placed the order at the beginning of November and it's a Christmas present.
