On the account the parcel seems to be shipped but the parcel never arrived to me. The tracking number is incorrect as I got information directly from FedEx. I called customer service, and no one answered after a 20-minute wait. Shameful. Send me the item immediately or give me my money back. "It's shameful that the Italy jersey order placed on July 13, 2021, has yet to be shipped almost a month after the payment was due. This is UNACCEPTABLE considering the payment was made a full 5 MONTHS AGO. What's more, you don't even bother responding to emails or phone calls from customers complaining, who rightly feel cheated and frustrated. I've never seen worse service in my life! "Avoid like the plague. On Saturday, July 3rd, I purchased two Italian national team jerseys and paid the extra fee for express delivery. After 7 days, I haven't received ANYTHING. Despite my reminder emails (from my yahoo.it address) and the dispute I opened on Paypal, they haven't responded, and I still haven't received my money back. ABSOLUTELY AVOID. - Update from July 12th in response to your comment: I've already sent two emails to the address you suggested and NEVER received a response. Furthermore, I paid for express delivery when I placed the order (which never happened)."

I find it absurd to have to resort to a negative public review in exchange for information that could have been provided via email or phone. However, customer service is truly a phantom; I've been writing and calling for a week without a response. I placed the order at the beginning of November and it's a Christmas present.
