"I am a nurse practitioner and clinic owner, and my experience with Officite was very disappointing. The website they built was not mobile-friendly and lacked the professional quality expected. They withheld my domain, which I later learned should have been mine to own from the beginning. I had to specifically request a transfer to gain rightful ownership. After I emailed to cancel my services on July 14, 2025, they ignored my request, continued billing me, and even threatened collections. This was despite the fact that my website had already been “unlived” and no active services were being provided. I have attached a screenshot of my cancellation email as proof. It felt as though they assumed medical professionals are too busy to notice or dispute these issues, which is troubling. I eventually rebuilt my website independently and secured my domain, but I would caution other healthcare providers to carefully evaluate before signing up with Officite."
"Their Customer Service is so Incompetant it is beyond any comprehension. 1st level yeah they know basics and are helpful what they can. They just had issues with their email servers where they made the changes to the domains and without any testing or customer notice /awarnes their second level support decides to change the mail server and if you are outlook user/IMAP you tend to lose all your emails/files/ etc. Since their cheap webmail servers or person in-charge doesn't have a clue of making sure that files/folders created on your outlook do not sync with their webmail server and they do not have any knowledge of how it works. So they need major training to be able to setup and serve clients valuable information. I guess they have only one guy handling that per him" he is one man shot" and his own manager" but has no expirience with email servers. Stil waiting for someone in management to contact me to see if and how we can restore all my folders / emails that i had for many years. But yet they insist you have to use their hosting and email when you ask them these questions. BAD business!!! Would not recomand to anyone their service anymore... Looking to move away from this place... UPDATE...received the call from Suppervisor Customer Service she is even cluless about the email server or how to communicate properly to the customer about issues/and how to resolve it... Very disapointed......"
"I have used this company for over 10 years. I don’t know who owns them now. I don’t know who they hired as a billing site but for a $75 payment they shut us down a doctors office they never called. This is the worst company I have ever ever dealt with"
