"Great pitch in sales. They addressed individual needs and promised us success in generating leads. Unfortunately, we never had any further contact with the sales representative who is/was also the agency owner. In my opinion, this would have been beneficial, as this person should have been the one to understand our needs and continue supporting the client. It seems to be an internal company decision to simply cut off contact afterward. The campaigns were set up quickly and efficiently. Communication with the campaign manager was always friendly and helpful. The work was pleasant, and communication was prompt.
