"To print flyers where the artwork was provided by the client, then send a file to the printer, €90 seems a bit high. €200 to design a business card, considering that a graphic designer earns about €13 an hour... either they're not very bright and spent about 15 hours on a minimal project... Or they can't explain it!!! Rude and overbearing staff, with very rude manners and little empathy towards customers. A little more humility and respect for the work of others is needed, especially if you don't understand the hard work and sacrifice that goes into a business. Criticism is very nice when it's not your projects and dreams that are at stake. Definitely not recommended."
