"I love this target because it’s my target. But more seriously, Target is a consistent store that has what you need at reasonable prices. It’s also recognizable and has a good selection."
"Had a return that I didn’t have a receipt for and unfortunately I had recently lost me credit card that it was bought with. The Store manager I think her name was Nina was awesome. She immediately said she would help and quickly helped with the issue. Thank you and would highly recommend this store due to their leadership! Great job"
"This is not a review of the employees but instead of the management. Was just at the Starbucks and the line had grown to wrap all the way around and almost to where the carts are stored. There was one guy and two women. Apparently one of the women had only been working for two days, and the other was on her second week. The guy repeatedly asked management to send back up due to there being two callouts and him essentially being the only one with proper experience for a busy Saturday. Two separate managers essentially disregarded his requests. The first was a younger looking black woman who basically downplayed what he was saying and told him there was nothing that could be done, rather than just hopping in to help out herself. I am management at Publix and we would never let an associate drown; if we could not find somebody to help we would help ourself so that our associates aren’t dying. The next woman was an older white woman who not only disregarded him, but chastised him that he needed to be patient with the employee who had only been working for two days, even though he had said several times that she’s doing great and it’s not her fault but he just needs help from somebody who can keep up with the orders. Again, did not offer to help out herself, just got irritated that he was asking for help and then ultimately disregarded and walked away. Multiple customers in the line were commenting on how little the management seemed to care, and this poor employee was absolutely stressed to the max trying to please everybody while maintaining the area essentially on his own while the two women who were both very new were doing their absolute best but struggling. Management needs to do better, you get paid the most for a reason."
"This target is fairly clean and well staffed. The layout isn't too bad as for how the departments are organized. The checkout area is a little cramped but they have more registers open and staffed than most targets. What I didn't like is all of the mobile kiosks in the aisles. Made everything seem cluttered and you have to wait in line to pass by someone if it's crowded. Parking was OK, nothing out of the usual."
"I love coming to target & I go to target because of the stress free environment so it was weird for this to happen because I usually don’t have any problems at target. So FOREST at self checkout gave me a TERRIBLE experience… first time ever but it was still annoying. I get up to self checkout with a few things but one of the items price came out different & I asked “FOREST” to come help because the price came up differently then what I seen it for in the back and mind you it wasn’t just one , it was a whole box of them in that spot and I grabbed one.. (I understand it’s the holidays and everything is a mess)….price comes up wrong so I call him over to assist me. He comes over and I say “the price came up different then what it was in the back and can you do a price check for me?” And instantly throws me off with “it’s just 6.00 dollars” so I’m like …. (I’m about to have to explain myself AGAIN) so I do … literally!!!!! & then he goes “the only thing I could do is knock a couple dollars off of a couple dollars” still trying to be funny about the situation so I repeat myself AGAIN!!! & he goes “I’d have to do a price check but I can only take a couple dollars off of a couple dollars is that what you want me to do?” And I’m like “no.. YES i want you to do a price check!” Because at this point I’m done repeating myself & I’m noticing the smart remarks so he THEN repeats himself and goes “it’s just 6.00 dollars but okay” 1. It doesn’t matter if it’s 6.00 dollars.. it was in the wrong spot and I could find better for $6.00 is how I felt so I wasn’t willing to pay the 6.00 because of that reason but I don’t have to explain myself to him and 2. Stop talking to me and do a price check just do your job and stop making something so simple so complicating? I’m not about to go back and forth with a cashier at target so i simply just asked him for his name and told him to have a good night because I will call corporate and complain about the customer service from that specific employee because that attitude is unnecessary especially when I come to target for the stress free environment."
