"Since I can’t figure out how to reach out to a manager directly, this review will have to do. Someone should be aware of this moody little girl with a septum piercing working today. She had so much attitude with the customer in front of me, with me, and with the next person she “greeted”. Each package she took, she turned around and tossed it like a frisbee to the counter behind her. Just a little princess angry at the world. This girl could use some serious coaching .. or maybe not work a customer facing role."
"The staff greeted me immediately upon entering the store. The person behind the counter took my order immediately, gave me a Package receipt and I was out the door within 1 or 1 1/2 minutes. I could not believe it was that quick."
"Amazing service and friendly staff. Staff has always gone above and beyond to help. Tonight my Amazon packages were running a few minutes late according to the app, I told the employee working out of courtesy that I was gonna wait outside to meet the driver and wait for my packages. The employee; whom I assume was the manager; stayed late to ensure I got my packages and also called Amazons service line to see if they can make sure packages get delivered on time to the UPS store since Amazons deliveries have been late regularly over the past month or more. You can’t ask for better service than that. This is the second instance in the past 2 weeks where the employees at this location have gone above and beyond to make sure I got my packages in a timely manner. I’m so grateful I chose this UPS store location to get a mailbox and help with all my shipping needs. Outstanding! A+ all the way! Thank you so much!"
"Should be a 0 star but unfortunately Google won't let me. My supplier comes by with a package that he wants to send to me (USA to Canada). First they outright lie to him by telling him they can't ship to Canada because of the postal strike (even though UPS has absolutely no connection to Canada Post whatsoever), then they say they can't use accounts for counter shipments (another lie, he phoned 2 other stores who said they would have zero issues accepting the package for shipment with an account #). Bottom line is, reading some of the other comments I'd say this store is only good if you're shipping something across town. Anything more complicated than that and they literally will drive business out the door. Not a good look for UPS, needless to say corporate was VERY interested when I called them about this store's lack of customer service and total lack of procedural knowledge."
