"Does anyone actually work here??? Iv called, emailed & messaged their FB page. For a company w multiple locations, its ridiculous no one answers phones or responds back. This has gone on for over a month. Makes no sense at all. I finally connected w a rep via email 1 time - no responses for 3-4 weeks after iv asked for updates on the request. Id give them 0 stars if I could! Unreal... I can get in touch w Antarctica before 1 Touch Point..."
"Fantastic marketing company, from print to social media to fulfillment, A+!!!!"
"Onetouchpoint had a data breach that affected many people including me. They sent a letter saying to monitor your credit and did not offer any services. I contacted them 3 times asking for active credit monitoring. One time they said the letter was mistaken. The other 2 times they said they would escalate the issue and get back to me and did not. Accidents happen but when a company refuses to make it right, that says something about them. I would strongly advise no one use their services. Edit: My information ended up on the dark web and my email was hacked. One Touchpoint and Epic refused to help me and said it was not their problem and they would not assist. Edit 2: I have had many problems with both spam and hacking since this occured. They continue to refuse to help or do anything."
"OTP had a data breach in which their medical customers customer information was obtained. (Name, DOB, SSN etc...) They sent out a letter detailing that they noticed unauthorized access and confirmed the unauthorized access. They state in the letter to watch your credit, here are the credit bureau numbers and educate yourself on identity theft!! Why don't you educate yourself on data security?!?! You need to do more than this lousy letter to make things right."
