"I have applied an UK visa, I found the appointment date in the same week of my application date. At the application centre the process was very smooth and easy, they did all documents scanned for me and the lady Navjot Kavut was very helpful and kind. I was happy with this service provided."

"I had an extremely uncomfortable experience during a passport appointment for Dutch citizens living abroad. I arrived with all required documents prepared in advance. From the start, communication was difficult as no one spoke my mother tongue. I was told additional photocopies were required at extra cost, despite the fact that I was willing to leave all original documents there. I was then informed that my passport photos were allegedly incorrect, even though they were taken in the Netherlands specifically to meet official requirements. I was offered new photos on site, again at an extra inflated charge. The overall interaction felt transactional and pressured. I chose to stop the process and asked that the document already taken from me be destroyed or returned. Both requests were refused. As a result of the tension and stress of the situation, I left the office and unintentionally forgot to take my old passport with me. When I later returned to retrieve my old passport, two staff members were visibly laughing, which strongly suggested my earlier reaction had been discussed. I was asked to sign a form confirming receipt of my passport. That was acceptable. However, I was then presented with a blank sheet of paper and instructed to write a statement myself confirming they had returned my passport. This felt inappropriate and unnecessary. When I declined and asked them to write it themselves, my passport was returned without any signature required. As I left the office with my husband, I could hear staff members speaking about me in hushed but clearly derogatory tones. This experience lacked professionalism, discretion, and respect. For a service handling sensitive identity documents, this level of conduct is deeply concerning. In the future, I will choose to travel to Madrid and have this process handled directly at the embassy instead."

"I've been waiting for more than 8 weeks for my new passport when I was told it would be ready in 5 weeks tops. I haven't had any update and the website doesn't work, the phone is disconnected and I still don't have my new passport. For the price they share and the importance of the service they offer they should give a better service. Very disappointed."
