"Unfortunately, we too have fallen victim to these scammers. We were promised a lot, which turned out not to be so easy or even possible to achieve. First sending invoices, and then not working the paid hours. Apparently, a lot of time was put into research behind the scenes that is impossible for us to verify. No keyword research, no setup of the campaign structure, and no quality research were done, even though we paid for it. We expressed our doubts beforehand about the expected results, as we are often censored. Stramark claimed to have in-house specialists who could work around this. After all the hours had been spent, we received the answer that Google's censorship had changed along the way and that it turned out not to be possible after all. If we had known this beforehand, we would never have started with Stramark. Someone different was assigned to our 'project' every time, causing the whole process to proceed very slowly. Emails and messages were not answered, or answered months later, each time with a different excuse.
