"A very nice and chic building, but entering the Kolektif House and its rooms is extremely uncomfortable and complicated. The booking system doesn't really make things any easier or clearer. Unfortunately, everything is made very difficult by a poorly translated app with few useful explanations, and as a nomad, Ferko Signature is NOT recommended. The restrooms are a joke; you sit next to huge granite/marble walls on a poorly designed toilet, with inadequate air conditioning and doors that fit so poorly that I feel like they're cutting corners... The elevator system is also a nightmare, no explanation, nothing. Actually, the longer I think about it, the design and execution... just plain stupid... I'd rather go to the building further down, Kolektif House Levent. Ferko Signature is more for corporate clients or people who like stupid building design... pompous, nothing behind it... Unfortunately, this location (Ferko Signature) is NOT recommended."

"This was one of the places that surprised me. Overall, it's a successful place; except for its location. Is it very central? Of course, but as someone who worked in this area for six years, I don't like either the traffic or the public transportation. I had free parking, but I parked my car across the street towards Nispetiye because it would take me 42 minutes to get to the address by car when I could reach it in 6 minutes on foot! Difficult by car; getting there by metro, well, that's something..."
