"This company allowed Westwood Lake Park in Ohio to move a trailer in that is infested with roaches. I would never allow this company to purchase or run anything. The other residents are now dealing with roach infestations and rodents from dilapidated trailers with unmowed fields for yards. You can respond to this review and say you don't know who I am, but we both know you do... you ignore all calls and emails from me and thats fine."
"If I could give this storage/property management company (negative) 10 stars I would. However, Google is forcing me to give them at least one. It's no surprise to me that they have a 1.7 out of 5 stars overall rating. This review is concerning a storage facility this company owns in Portage, MI. We have been loyal tenants for 2 1/2 years. However, the disrespect and money hungry attitude we have been met with the past 6 months leaves me shaking my head. This company wants people to get behind on their rent so they can make promises that aren't true and sell tenant's possessions. We were offered a payment arrangement in June 2025 which was not a "permanent option" but also did not come with an expiration date. Then on September 30, 2025 (the date of our 4th payment) we were informed they were not renewing our lease. We were also informed that we had to remove all of our possessions by October 30 or we would lose everything. We didn't have the extra money for a moving truck so we actually became physically sick from the stress of losing everything. Then in November 2025 our unit was a part of an online auction for one week. My fiance bid on it had the highest bid of $30 (there were no other bidders) but the auction company would not allow her to have it because she was associated with me. Then finally we were contacted by someone from their corporate office in Las Vegas. They gave us a 9 day notice to vacate the unit or once again threatened to sell our possessions. They also gave us a refund of money we paid to supposedly "save our unit" but that amount only helped so much. We were only able to get a small moving truck for 4 hours which allowed us to remove personal and sentimental items from our unit. The rest of the stuff will unfortunately be sold and we will lose it. GOOD LUCK selling our unit in an auction for a 2nd time no one wanted it in the first auction attempt 😱😱🤣🤣 this is why my fiance was the only bidder and won This also ends our relationship and tenancy with Osprey Management. We do not owe the company any money and they are now responsible for the sale/removal of any items remaining in the unit. We are also requesting that we have no further contact with this company. Any attempts via phone, text or email to contact us after December 5, 2025 will be considered harassment and we will seek out legal means to remedy the issues. yep thanks"
"After 4 months of having my trailer for sale I have had 63 inquiries, 12 of those were given an application and the details of turning in said application. Not a single one of them could reach management over the phone, e-mail or in person at the office during hours. It wasn't until I gave them the applicants info did they finally reach out. It gets better, not only did they try to upsell the applicant on one of their "new" homes but when he refused because of the interest he had in mine, they then said that he would need 12 months of lot rent up front because of having under a 650 credit score. Who choses to live in a trailer park if they have that kind of money with over a 650? I asked if i could pay a year in advance in the paat and was told that was not possible. None of this is in the lease agreement, it's a manager trying to personally profit from their position, unless this is Ospreys new business model. As a company I would do a deep dive on managers rights. If Osprey owns the homes that the managers are selling fine, if the managers own them, maybe it's time to charge them rent for the vacant trailers they own. It's really frustrating and feels like they're trying to not let me leave. PLOVER, WI. As a whole, they took all their data from covid times with all the extra money people had and based rent off of that, they say it's been evaluated and its fair, but it's not. There are pot holes everywhere, they "fixed" them only to have them back months later using sub standard contractors or doing it themselves while charging corporate for a job well done. No privacy from management even with a fully enclosed fence. I'm pretty discouraged every time I have to talk business with them. Update, after making this post and having osprey respond on here, I reached out twice to their email and not a single response. Can you give me a better email to get in touch or do you just plan on not responding?"
"My inability to sign a new lease in a timely manner was due to their lack of accessibility. I called over 20 times in 4 months after recieving a letter about an increase in rent. Not single phone call back and no one in office to find a resolution about these issues. I was recently forced to sign a new lease at higher rate once someone finally responded after being threatened they could charge me more."
"Westwood trailer park in warren ohio is really going down hill. Management does nothing. The roads are bad the trees need trimmed, our swimming hole has been let go. When they took over the park they were suppose to drain the swimming area during the winter months & they didnt & now nobody swims in it. Because the one piece is broke & now we have everything in the water. This is part of our ammentities. One of the reasons i moved here. I know im not alone. They keep raising the rent as well. Ppl on fixed income."
