"We went for a couple’s massage with the Valentine’s special two days ago (150 minutes, $290 for body, foot, and head massage), and I would not recommend it. Our appointment was at 6:45 pm, but we had to wait 20 minutes upon arrival. We were then told there was a water leak and were escorted to another location across the street. Once there, we were taken to the massage room but not given any disposable underwear or change of clothes, which was surprising. Therapists told us to take off our clothes but were literally entering the room every 2 min, so no real intimacy. The towel on the pillow also had stains. The massages themselves were not amazing, just okay — sometimes too light to feel anything, other times suddenly too strong. Since the therapists did not speak English, it was difficult to ask for adjustments. My therapist even left in the middle of the massage, and I had to wait 15 minutes for a replacement, which completely disrupted the experience. The replacement therapist was also interrupted several times and kept leaving the room. The “head spa” was essentially just a shampoo with no real massage, and I left with tangled, damp hair. At checkout, we were asked to pay more than the advertised price and had to explain that we booked the Valentine’s Deal. They even had to call the other location to confirm. Then they attempted to charge taxes despite us paying cash. Overall, I would not recommend this spa and will not return. It may be better to spend more elsewhere for a truly relaxing experience."

"This was my first time at this location and I was extremely happy with the service, location and reception. Everyone was extremely professional and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. My therapist Andy was exceptional, we had excellent skill and rhythm. I felt well cared for and left feeling very relaxed. I will definitely be adding this to my monthly self-care."

The interiors are gorgeous warm, modern and so aesthetically put together that you instantly feel your shoulders dropping the minute you walk in. They also have an adjacent massage studio, and together the two spaces just elevate the whole vibe and I loved every bit of it. Our couple’s massage was heavenly. We walked out feeling loose, light and genuinely recharged. And the staff? So sweet, so attentive, and just made the entire visit feel extra special.
