After more than ten years working with you—yes, ten years without missing a single payment—I've discovered that your "customer service" protocol consists of canceling first and asking questions later. Curious, because when the bank informed me that my card had been compromised and I proceeded to renew it, I took the time to update my payment information on all the platforms I use… except, apparently, yours. A simple email from you would have been enough to resolve it in two minutes. But no: better to cancel the store without prior notice and then politely inform me that it's been canceled. A lovely touch, indeed. Could you possibly manage a customer who has been paying religiously for over a decade any worse? I'd say no, but you continue to demonstrate that the cloud can also have storms… especially when the service borders on the absurd. Anyway: thanks for reminding me that loyalty, for some, is worth absolutely nothing. The worst cloud service, without a doubt."
