"The management needs to change. Take some examples from other sites; let there be a little sparkle in this site. We don't see the value of the money we pay. Why are we paying dues? Is it all for nothing? What's with that awful sight around the market? Is it so difficult to install plastic cabinets for people to store their groceries? Neither the pool lights nor the lighting in the middle of the site are working properly. The site lighting is insufficient; there are lamps, but they are broken and not working. Why isn't it fixed? For example, the area around the pool needs to be nicer; the paving stones are extremely bad and create visual pollution. It urgently needs to be addressed. We pay so much in dues; at least let our eyes see nice things. I hope the comments of other site residents are taken into consideration and the site is tidied up so that we can live here with peace of mind. "The site is full of cockroaches, there are constant water outages, pipes keep bursting, the maintenance fees are very high and there's nothing in return, the gym is dirty, the pool is damp and humid, not to mention the parking lot management is indifferent and uncaring. I hope to leave as soon as possible. Absolutely do not come here, absolutely go away, pay 10 TL more and have peace of mind."
