"Gate Operator Install: Don't purchase if you are expecting tech support. I dealt with James, he was a very nice guy and helpful with product sales. However, I let him know I would be installing the equipment myself and asked if he would guarantee tech support if I needed it, of course, he said. My install was replacement of an identical unit with existing accessories but going to AC from DC power. I was assured I would received tech support on the complete install, including attaching my existing accessories. Tech support basically is them giving you a phone number to call directly to the manufacturer of the product, which is worthless. The manufacturers will not help you if you are not a professional installer, under any circumstance! So be careful if you are a DIY'er before you purchase. One good thing, I purchased two items that I decided were not a good choice for my gate situation, I followed their return instructions and was given a credit promptly."

(Unrelated to them, damaged part from incorrect use from me) He walked me through everything that I needed to do to fix it on the spot.... "Sensor and 2 battery issues, would not buy from here again. In order to get anything replaced or repaired, you have to create claims that take up too much time to process. Customer service "Orders Department" absolutely not helpful. Rude and unprofessional. No manager. Sent from department to department just to receive an order number. Overall product is not good and overall service and customer service absolutely terrible. Would not purchase from here again and would not refer anyone here for product or customer service. Absolutely dissatisfied."
