"So, I'm selling a high-value mobile phone on Vinted, and they tell me to take it to an Inpost point, which is the MVG stationery store. I take it there, but they have a lot of trouble registering the package with their PDA. After two hours, I go back and tell them that there's no record of me having delivered the package there. They say everything was done correctly. I tell them to give me back my valuable package, but they refuse. "I WON'T GIVE ME THE PACKAGE, EVEN IF IT'S WORTH A MILLION!" I tell them to call Inpost to see what's going on with the package. The most logical thing would be for the stationery store owner to call, not me. Anyway, I call and manage to sort it out. To my surprise, when I wake up at 3 a.m., it says the package was delivered in Portugal—impossible! I call Inpost again, and they tell me there was a problem with the stationery store receiving the package and that I should go pick it up. I went to pick up my package, and the man rudely told me he wouldn't return it. I told him I'd have to call the police to get it back. He told me to call Inpost again, and he'd handle it. I called again, and he finally returned my package, saying I'd threatened him (which is a lie) and that I shouldn't come back to the stationery store. Look, I took my package to the stationery store, and if I have any problems, I'll have to go there to complain, since that's where I left it. The man kept insisting it wasn't his problem, it was mine, and that I should call Inpost. I didn't contract anything with Inpost. They're the ones who work with Inpost. Well, both the man and the woman were very unpleasant. Be careful where you take your packages. This is the second time this has happened to me. I called the police to claim my package because the stationery store owner refused to return it, and without threats, as he claimed. I didn't disrespect him at any point, unlike him, who refused to give me my package and told me never to come back to the stationery store. I WON'T BE BACK!!!"
"They always have a smile on their face, they always help me with my problems. I'm truly grateful for that and for the kind people in our town who treat us so well. I've never had a problem with a package, honestly. People always complain about everything, but we should give to receive; let's be empathetic with everyone. I'm happy here."
"There was a problem with the pickup of my shipment, but they resolved it quickly. Very helpful!"
"Bad opening hours and quite unpleasant staff. I shouldn't be the only one in town."
"The truth is that everything was great, very kind people"
