"The SEO and website services we signed up for through RevenueWell in 2024 were great until the company began outsourcing to the Philippines and now it's become nearly impossible to speak to anyone and when you do there's a huge language barrier and the problem take weeks to resolve. Most recently their billing department made the mistake of charging our card on file for an entire year of service which was over $11k instead of just the monthly premium as agreed. It took us 1 week to get that corrected and refunded because anytime we asked to speak with management they were in meetings and wouldn't return our calls/emails. Since seeing a negative shift in service, we have decided to take our business elsewhere but even that has become an issue. We were strung along for weeks trying to provide the appropriate documentation to cancel service and when we finally got through, we were told our contract just renewed for another year so we wouldn't be able to cancel service until October 2026 even though we had been reaching out prior to our renewal date with no response. The account manager has yet to return my multiple phone calls, instead she emailed our office to offer reallocating our monthly premium to other services they offer and when I asked what those other services are, no response was ever received. The situation is very unfortunate but hopefully this review helps prevent other businesses from ending up in our current situation."
"There are much better companies out there. 1-Insurance Verification did not work 2-Online scheduling decreased new patients 50% when we switched for two months, they cannot make an actual appointment, online online forms to request appointments 3-Cannot send save the date text, only email, this could be an easy fix and makes no sense it is not possible 4-Longterm contracts that they lock you into"
"Extremely dissatisfied with the service, care, and support received. They continue to try to follow up with you and get you to re-enroll even after finally being able to inactive service. Would not recommend at all. Would recommend Practice By Numbers 100%."
"Our dental practice has been signed up with PBHS for over 2 years now. We originally hired them to help us rebrand with a new logo and website as we transitioned into a brand new office and location. We also signed up for the SEO and Social Media package to successfully get the info we needed to the public for the transition. PBHS now does all things marketing and print for us and I always have a great experience working with them on specific projects. Alejandro designed our new logo and was so patient until we landed the perfect design. He has since designed several other logos for me and nails the exact look every time. Brie is also amazing to work with in the social media department and is very responsive and talented with creating our ads or social media posts. Love PBHS and wouldn't use anyone else!! 5 Stars!"
"I've been assisting a client in transitioning away from PBHS as their website provider, and the overall process has been extremely challenging. We have encountered significant difficulties in obtaining wordpress and hosting access from them to facilitate the migration of our website from their servers. Despite clearly communicating our intention to discontinue their services, PBHS continued to bill us $600 for a full year of hosting, and they have been unwilling to entertain the idea of a partial refund for the unused 11 months. It is evident that this company lacks consideration for its clients. Their customer support takes an excessive 10 minutes to answer the phone, and their response time to emails is frustratingly protracted, often spanning several weeks. I would stay clear of this company."
