"York Place Apartments is a lovely place to live in a great location. We can walk to Target, Cub, the Galleria, the Southdale Center, and several more places. We can also walk to Adams Hills Park and get connected with the Nine Mile trail system. The apartment building is quiet and most people seem to keep to themselves. My main complaint is the workout room hours. It doesn't open until 8 am, which as a working mom is not early enough for me to be able to exercise before work. The amenities certainly seem to revolve around the older folks who live here (which is the main demographic I think). The old manager, Wendy, was fantastic and clearly cared about her residents. The new management seems to still be getting their handle on things, but they are easy to talk to."

The maintenance team exceeds expectations, they’re professional, know their work well, and are always accommodating & respectful with requests. Management staff also provide excellent respectful & kind service, which sometimes includes treats posted at your door. The building is always clean, the rent is affordable, and I love the amenities in my home."

"Maintenance and cleanliness of property are unmatched. Common areas are spotless and amazingly well cared for and any maintenance issue is handled within 24 hours never fail. Management has a balancing act to play in a city like Edina and the management here does it well. Things run smooth and a resident enjoys a peaceful environment without undue interference as infractions are dealt with quickly, quietly and professionally. A more convenient location you couldn’t find - icing on a wonderful cake. I guess, this is the place where you get your cake and eat it to 😁. Welcome to Edina. And then management changed and so did the professionalism, environment and culture of the facility. It was disappointing and my forever home quickly became the home of my past. Good Bye Edina."

"This complex is a hidden gem in Edina. Management is so nice, great communication, complex is always spotless (including the garage!), maintance requests are handled with great timing and done well, it is so quiet and peaceful here. The apartments themselves are built and function really well. I genuinely feel lucky to live here. I really appreciate the team here as they really put in effort to ensure this is a nice place to live and thats so rare to find."
