"We made several attempts to understand our SEO services and reports we were paying for. We never got a meeting of any kind, no phone call, no text or zoom meeting to simplify Google analytic reports. We simply wanted to understand the reports we were paying for to adjust marketing as needed. At the beginning of August we made one final attempt for Randy and Team to address our concerns after several failed attempts prior. I left Randy a detailed voice message stating, “I’d like to sit down and understand the SEO results as well as increase ad spend.” Now, in my opinion, an opportunity to gain more revenue from an existing client is a home run. Right? Randy returns my call a couple days later and states in a voicemail, “hey Jason, not sure what you wanted (even though I left a detailed message, weird, but ok) but I’m going on vacation. If it’s important, feel free to reach out to Mark, otherwise I’ll call you back when I return”. After 2 weeks no return call, no email or text but another invoice came. During this 2 week waiting period for a call, text or email we signed up with a new firm. In two weeks they delivered a new site, setup an ad campaign and SEO. (Side note: perfexion took our deposit at the beginning of our working relationship of $2055 with the promise of delivery in two weeks. They took a month to begin work and took a couple weeks after to complete. Delays much? After Randy’s vacation and zero correspondence, I cancelled service with Perfexion. To my surprise, when attempting to cancel because the new site was ready Randy was on vacation AGAIN with internet access mind you. Did he help get my services canceled? Nope, had to wait again. They were always paid in full by check. They could have transferred the domain and awaited payment via mail given we always paid and were under contract. This is not an option at perfexion. And it begs the question why? They locked our domain and held it hostage until 2 months cancellation was paid. This flabbergasted us because we always paid our invoices. It gets better, all of our invoices were always delivered via email. Randy made up the fact I “requested a hard copy of the final invoice.” Again, we never opted for mailed invoices. Why change last minute? Or, send it mail and email? Common sense, right? What really happened was Randy got a lawyer involved. Joshua C of Miller, Turetsky. So not only do they provide sub par services but once you cancel they hold your property hostage. The lawyer, who had our address, mailed the invoice certified mail, but somehow never came. Mind you, they had our exact mailing address on the original contract. Furthermore, our mailman is phenomenal. (You as the reader can decide what may have happened there.) They send the invoice again by mail but with an email copy. WOW. A week later we try email? Why do that? Weird. Moving on, the given PO Box to pay the bill is a UPS store. It’s not even at the post office. The UPS store was closed for Labor Day weekend. None of this was communicated by a lawyer and web company that demands payment via PO Box before returning my property. Strange. Here we are a day after Labor Day and I’ve emailed payment confirmation to the lawyer and Randy. To be more proactive I called several people too. I called Randy (owner) who blocked my number. I called his lawyer who isn’t at the office at 930a on a Tuesday, not in court and can’t be reached by his office assistant after a holiday weekend. Hmm 🤔 strange. I called the Perfexion office which I don’t believe is a real location but maybe a shared space used when needed. Just my thoughts because I’ve never been asked to go to the office. Who knows? I was told upon payment the transfer would ensue immediately. I will update when we finally get the domain and website back. It’s been over 2 weeks since starting the cancellation we will see how long until we get our property. DO NOT USE. AWFUL COMPANY. DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICES THEY SAY. If you go with these folks, just know, if things go south Randy turns into the biggest man child."
