"I had a very bad experience with TP during their hiring process. The first time I applied, they conducted my HR interview and then asked me to wait for five days for the operations (OPS) interview. On the day of the OPS interview, they made me wait for almost five hours without any proper update. The second time I applied, the same thing happened again. There was no proper coordination or respect for the candidate’s time. The third time was even worse. They kept rescheduling my OPS interview again and again — the timing was changed around nine times. After waiting and following up for almost 10 days, they simply told me that I was rejected, without giving any proper reason or feedback. Overall, they wasted almost one month of my time. The hiring process was extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and very frustrating for candidates. I would not recommend going through this recruitment process unless they seriously improve their communication and scheduling."

"Very poor job security. Termination can happen without adequate warning or proportional reasoning. I was dismissed for one minor mistake (missing a customer callback), which could have been handled through a warning or pointer. Instead, it felt like the company needed to make an example. This reflects a lack of employee support and fairness."

"Such a worst company please never join this company rhe transport team is the worst the driver will no show anytime…..they don’t even care or wait they say for girls it’s not allowed to go alone at night but lol i have to book my own bike and i have to go alone as a girl how scary it is for me and the transport system is also soo weak they will tell to mail for each and every steps they There’s no precaution followed for girls at night also please never join this company im leaving a very bad feedback from my side I understand the rules but please focus on the transport part SaFety comes first no civic sense im leaving a very bad feedback for transport team"
