"Unfortunately, I have to share my experience here, as there are many companies like ours currently expanding, outsourcing, or taking their marketing to the next level. We were looking for a marketing firm that could apply for the Digital Bonus, for which you need to be licensed. We were told the application process takes three months until approval. We accepted the offer in winter 2021, which meant we would receive the grant. We booked additional hours to bridge the gap with another project. The initial period went well! We held meetings and received some good ideas. It was noticeable that we were a small client, which meant we didn't receive as much attention. But up until then, everything was fine. Our hours were used up, and we waited for approval. Now, it's mid-September, almost ten months later, and all contact has completely ceased. After repeated inquiries, we only received the response that they didn't know anything. We received no updates or information about any problems! And that's unacceptable; that's certainly not how one envisions a collaboration with companies like Performance One!"
