"Just an awful place to work, visit and be in. There is barely anything there, the signs are awful and they either kicked out or increased the rent so much that there is barely any business in the park (its literally just banks, 1 awful starbucks and Pharmacies). Place went to hell especially with the new owners which havent done anything to improve or to you know actually attract business in their business park."
"Nice place. Nothing to do unless you're working there. Cute pond with lots of turtles."
"Came as a tourist after 6pm. Nice to walk around."
"I write this review is based on a recent personal experience! This is a terrible place for both visitors and people who work there which reminds me of a prison camp with suffocating rules and atmosphere. First, this place is far from the city center, in the ghetto district of Mladost 4 surrounded by communist panel disgustingly looking buildings which are literally surrounding and overlooking this place. Getting in by car is easy, right off the ring road, but there is a catch. Parking is limited and at the time of entry no one tells me that I won't be able to park, so I drive in. Once in, I start driving looking for a parking spot. Finally, I park only to find out later that some staff officer glued on my windshield a sticker that my car was not parked legally. While I see that my is parked fine not bothering passengers, or other cars, I wonder what would come next. I drive to the barrier to exit, offer to pay with your credit card, but the system does not respond. I drive to the other two barriers to exit, only to experience the same thing. No message on the screen, no voice telling me that my car has been given a life time ban sentence by the local Feudal and can no longer enter the gated property. I find that out only after pressing the button and hearing an unpleasant voice: "I will let you go now, but you won't be able to get back again ever!" and and he hangs up. I asked the security, who are another piece of work, for a phone number of a manager. When I called, they said that I had to come back, pay somewhere in building 10 ...etc. No specific reason why my parking was not legal, no payment by bank wire or phone, just like in the communist days. They said they would investigate the parking problem and come back to me, but no one ever called back. In addition to my decision not to go there again, not because of my license plate being restricted (as I have three cars), but because of the experience, I warn business tenants in this terrible place that your clients are turned off big time not by your employees or business services, but by the ridiculous complex management! To end it on a positive note, management could map out the vacant spots at entry and direct you to your choices for parking. How hard is it? When the campus is full, don't let people in. Of course no one cares as this place shows ownership by a Malta company, another way of defining shelter for money of former communist crooks."
"A lot of office buildings with a place where you can rest around the lake. If you live nearby it’s a nice place for work."
