"Stayed November 8th and 9th, out of 10, 8 people. The apartment is shoddy and old, dark and gloomy given the very few windows. A long, dark corridor leads to this apartment that deserves much better tenants. The photos circulating on various booking sites are as fake as a three-euro bill, deliberately designed to lure unsuspecting tourists who then find themselves in a rather squalid and poorly maintained dormitory. It ranges from missing glass replaced with cardboard on the windows, to frames with 2 cm drafts, which given the November temperatures were not at all healthy, a bathroom door that did not close and remained partially open with non-existent privacy, heating provided by a heat pump split that in some rooms did not work, a rotten kitchen window, and (to finish the non plus ultra: we arrived late on Friday evening from Pisa on a Ryanair flight and we were charged €50 (that is, fifty euros) for a late check-in penalty..... It's your job, no one is forcing you to rent, if you do not understand that international arrivals can also be in the evening, change jobs, given the poor results and the professionalism of charlatans"
"The apartment is in a great location. Very comfortable. Except for the awful smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, which opened directly into the bedroom. The service left much to be desired."
