"Such an incredibly boring experience. They contacted me and offered a free update of the website. Free I don't know because they want me to sign. a contract worth over 100,000 SEK. I took it anyway. They have taken almost 4 months to update/redo my website. I have responded and sent material to them within 24 hours of every contact they have made. I have reminded and reminded. Finally I asked to terminate the contract as most people have gone on vacation and no website was in sight. all this via email. Then a support guy calls and says he needs more information from me to publish. I arrange it but say that I really, really want Tobias to contact me as it is completely crazy that I should wait so long. It should be mentioned that everyone knows that my season runs from June, July and August. They started on April 1st and in mid-July nothing has happened. Since the support guy has been called by Tobias, I still think it is reasonable that he can call me. But no, another 2 days go by and then support calls again and says that the new page has been published. I'm working full-time in my business and it takes the whole day before a guest comes in and says that it's not possible to book a room on my page. That is, the whole point of the page doesn't work. Nothing is being sold. I call and they fix it. However, I still haven't been able to log in and access my own page. A day goes by and here I am at 7:00 pm on a Friday evening and now booking a room isn't working again. And then you should know that now is my best time for sales. And especially Friday-Sunday when most people are sitting and planning their week. I'm now going to sell for almost 100,000 SEK this coming week and it won't work. No one on call, no one to contact. I can only warn about this company."
