"Paid for a year subscription and never received it. When you call customer service they do not have the carrier come back and deliver it. They also come across as they could care less if you receive it or not. Paid NEVER received called each week and was assured it would be there next week. Was told it would take three to four weeks to send me a refund check after I cancelled. Very poor customer service."
"Since they went to 3 day a week paper, I consistently don’t receive the print paper and when I ask about it, have been lied to repeatedly by customer service, saying they will deliver my missing paper and they don’t. Ironically, when I put a vacation hold on the paper, they kept delivering it. And the PGe app is pathetic. Cuts off pieces of the paper at the top or bottom of an article, omits large sections of the paper entirely , etc. This used to be a decent business. No longer."
"I thought I was mistaken when I listened to a handsome black gentleman do your commercial and at the end he said a really nasty slang word. I don't even want to print it. Is your paper so desparate that you have to hire people to make such horrible commercial. The first set made a senior seem like she was empty headed . Really such poor advertising. I will not have anything to do with your paper and hopefully others feel the same."
"I have been trying to straighten out my account for a month. Customer service just makes it worse, the manager said she fixed it but it wasn't, she will not return my calls, they double billed me. Who can I talk to that has some ability to resolve this situation, very bad customer service."
