"Business is about reputation, and reputation is a lasting profit for this business. My experience was terrible. We decided to start the plan and waited two weeks, but nothing happened. We called again, and everything was fine; we were going to start now. After the call, the same thing happened again—no work, no replies to emails. Days passed without any follow-up or progress from them until the client called again, and their excuse was work pressure. 2- They can't excel in content creation in every field. If they don't understand your sector, you won't find anything that satisfies you, even if we say that client tastes have to vary. 3- If there's a problem with project management that leads to unfair treatment of previous projects, then in the business world, we say you have a problem that needs to be solved. 4- This isn't my first experience with marketing companies, but with them, none of the goals we agreed upon were achieved. There was no posting, no follow-up. If they were going to reply, they'd call and say email, but when I went to the email, they wouldn't reply. We reached a point where we didn't like it, so they had to respond, and I started contacting people who actually work. This is my experience; it might be one bad one, and the rest might be good, but your client has the right to receive the full work that is included in their agreement with you! And their most disastrous mistake was posting 21 Instagram posts at once, in a single moment! Just so we could finish with the client and be done with it... Wow... They really worked hard on their reputation."
