"In September 2024, we started working with PlusHost. From the beginning, we made it clear that what we were interested in was for our e-shop to become viable, to be able to at least cover its expenses. Also, knowing the high cost of the services (3100€ / month), we made our position clear and had asked from the beginning how long it would take to reach a sustainable level. The answer was from 3 months onwards. We trusted Mr. Kamea's words that "we are here for you" and we said that after so many years in the corporate space, we will see results. The 3 months passed and the site was not ready yet, we contacted Mr. Kamea and the answer was 90 working days, as stated in the agreement. We said ok, let's give it another 3 months, while initially we had said that we would have difficulty investing so much money if it could not become sustainable within 3 months. We reach June (9 months later) and we wonder why we have remained stagnant. We come into contact and it is jointly established that a mistake has been made on the part of PlusHost Marketing. For 3 months we have been paying not only Mr. Kameas but we have also been throwing away money unnecessarily by advertising invalid products with extremely low returns all this time. Nevertheless, we say that human errors happen, we want to continue our cooperation but we told you that we cannot give this money for more than 3-6 months and we are already on the 9th. Mr. Kameas refused to compromise with a lower fee while the mistake in marketing these months came from him and his team. Our problem was that Mr. Kameas was not clear with us. He didn't tell us, "you know what, it can take 3 months, it can take a year to become viable," he sold us his service because he is a very good salesman and has excellent communication skills, but he was not clear with his client, he was not honest with us. We reached the point in July of terminating the collaboration because we could no longer afford this service financially, since he himself did not accept to settle for anything less, so we asked Mr. Kamea to give us our online store and to continue calmly and beautifully each on his own path. He refused, he closed it to us, he does not give us access to it because the site itself costs 50,000-60,000€ and he wants us to pay him the remaining amount to give us our store. Many words, many promises and arrogant tendencies. I have never written a negative review in my life, but as a newbie in business I want to give a heads up to all small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who are thinking of entrusting their eshop to PlusHost and Mr. Kamea. Also, all of this is proven with numbers. The only star is for all the guys inside who try and are very kind and we thank them. Thank you."
