"1.5 years experience here. Overhyped!! not worth the rent or property price 1. Bad parking: Even ground floor don't have your parking allotted. Only live if you don't have a car as it is not welcome in this society. People are selling away there flats and cars due to parking problem. 2. Ground floor is worst: Full visibility to street walkers and zero privacy. Most of the sewerages are always clogged creating mess and foul smell in the ground floor flats. Im fed Up from these flats. 3. Bad and almost non existant management: no-one is there to even talk about leadership. Society office wale apne e mastian ch hunde, kuch puchho te karwa dange. Karan di vaari ai te paaji sade under nai andi thodee flat di problem aa. Kayda kanoon hai nai, lok jidar marzi gaddi park kar ke chal jande. Te je puchho te ladai. These were major problems and they are quite significant one alongside with high rent and low quality of life. In short You are not getting what you are paying for."
