"READ THIS BEFORE HIRING THEM. They took three months longer than agreed to deliver a half-finished website. Having no experience with WordPress, they gave us no guidance whatsoever. They blamed us for the website's problems because we installed some plugins, which we had installed because the website was malfunctioning from the start. They completely washed their hands of the website, taking weeks, sometimes several weeks, to respond. We had to go to another company in Avilés to get the website fixed because a virus had entered through a plugin they had installed. (They wanted to charge us €300 to fix it without even knowing if they could, according to them.) We spoke with a computer forensics expert and are considering filing a complaint, as several parts of the contract are still undelivered, and they are ignoring us. We had a project they didn't know how to do. They did a shoddy job and then washed their hands of it. They took €3,000 for a botched job and, on top of that, it took longer than agreed upon. ... We can add even more; according to your response, we concealed the fact that the website was going to have adult content, which we stated in the first meeting. And how can we not go to the trouble of installing plugins if you deliver a page that takes 14 seconds to load? It's truly shameful… … After more than five requests, you couldn't get the Spanish communities to be sorted alphabetically… which is also quite sad, and you couldn't even add a simple dropdown menu to the group upload form… To top it all off, the last time we spoke, we asked you to remove the paid options, which you had told us would be fine, that you'd let us know if we wanted to add or remove them… but you left the paid options free. I don't know if it was on purpose or why. And then the main functionality of the paid options, like positioning or changing the color, doesn't work properly and sometimes does whatever it wants. So, if you want, I can continue because there are a few more issues. You seem more interested in money than in successfully completing a somewhat complex project. Let's stay in touch. Best regards.
