"WARNING: SITE BLOCKED AFTER REFUSAL OF EXTRA PAYMENTS I strongly advise against using this company. After regularly paying for website creation and SEO services, I was repeatedly asked for additional money to "MAINTENANCE" the results I had achieved. When I legitimately refused to pay additional sums not initially agreed upon, the company immediately took steps to COMPLETELY BLOCK MY WEBSITE. I now find myself without the service I paid for and with significant damage to my reputation and financially. Be very careful about the contracts you sign and how you manage your domain ownership and content: you RISK being held hostage by constant demands for money, under the threat of losing your online business. We tried to propose a settlement agreement for MANAGEMENT OF THE WEBSITE. The MANAGER realized I wouldn't renew the additional payments. He began to insult me with xxxxx words and to be rude, confident in his power to take down the website. ATTENTION: Check your contracts to avoid incurring additional payments. STAY AWAY; THEY ASK FOR MONEY AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT. RISK OF WEBSITE OBSESSION"
"They make you believe fantastic things, they study you before coming and then they deceive you, don't sign that contract because you can't cancel it, from 150 euros a month for three years, they got to asking me for 9000 euros, so money that I earned, I have to give it to them. I didn't get any service in return, I made the website myself and I paid Google directly for the advertising and they made me work, I asked them in 2018 via WhatsApp and email to stop the contract because my work had dropped since I was with them, I also had my lawyer write to them, and then they disappeared until last year in 2024, they blocked my bank account and placed administrative seizures on my vehicles, and they are asking me for 9000 euros, in all this I never received any notification either by email or phone or by post, they did everything behind my back, sending letters to a wrong address on purpose, and filing a lawsuit without me, even lawyers fear them, they know they will lose against them, the only way to avoid falling into their trap is not to sign that contract"
"We signed a contract with them for the creation of a website plus a Google positioning service. Let me start by saying that the agent, when we signed the contract (which we did under pressure because he was only giving us the opportunity for that day), assured us that, once the payment for the work was completed, the website would be ours. When it was time to cancel the contract, the company informed us that to release access to the website, we would have to shell out an additional €500, which then magically reduced to €300. Over time, the agent hasn't come back to give us reports or even explain the additional charge, despite having worked for them for over 15 years. He's always been very vague, exploiting the fact that he's not a technician. Furthermore, we were never given a copy of the contract until after numerous requests. The services in general are far below expectations, including the sponsored ads and some of the graphics they prepared for us. The cost of the website is very high, and making changes is always very laborious. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against it."
