"A person, without identifying themselves, rang my doorbell and asked for me, my mother! Then they left an anonymous letter in the reception desk slot, without a return address, containing a piece of paper with a number to call! This is illegal, stalking, and a violation of privacy. Be very careful, because I've already filed a complaint with the authorities! They're using unethical and illegal methods! Don't try it again."
"Unclear and dishonest, the reports are valid but they exploit the automatic monitoring feature, which comes at a cost. At the end of each year, this client's report is repurchased (perhaps when it's no longer needed) without the option to manually deactivate it from the user interface. Therefore, every year we spend thousands of euros needlessly on reports we no longer need. Even after I called to deactivate the automatic renewal, Cerved reactivated it after the annual contract renewal. In short, in addition to our annual limit, we were billed €499.80 + VAT over budget for services we don't need. There are more reputable companies out there; be wary."
