"I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! One star is already too much. They gave administrator access to the suite to an unauthorized person unrelated to our property. At this person's request, our account was deleted, and we have no way to manage the website or reservations! They haven't even verified this person, who currently has access to all guest and reservation data. It's currently difficult to contact anyone. The "manager" rejects calls and only sends constant text messages saying they can't talk. The hotline is down. Email contact has also stopped responding. This has been the case since we paid for the website and launched it. The SEO services were also terminated. They did absolutely nothing. The SEO keywords were outside the top 100 for a year at the time of termination. They wrote two blogs in a year and a half. In short, you're paying a lot of money for a product you can't use and can't even contact, but you'll receive an invoice for the subscription in the meantime. I warn against working with this company. You really should think twice."

We run a guesthouse with approximately 40 rooms and wanted to stand out in the market. We were very impressed with the Profitroom booking system, so we decided to partner with them after seeing that it was used by the best in the industry. The booking engine needs to be properly placed on the website, photos and room descriptions prepared, and, above all, clearly defined, what we want to sell, to whom, and for how much. Profitroom requires us to work proactively and tailor our offerings to the system – but this works to our advantage, motivating us to organize our offerings and fully utilize its capabilities. In our case, the engine was integrated with the KWHotel software, which, combined with the website, provides excellent results and full reservation synchronization. Although most contact with the team is via email, we had no problem getting a quick phone call for urgent matters – special thanks to Kacper for his support, patience, and commitment. At first, we were apprehensive because we operate primarily seasonally, but we wanted to become a year-round property. Thanks to our partnership with Profitroom, additional investments, and growth in the hotel industry, we are getting closer to this goal. The system has allowed us to improve sales and guest service, and operate more professionally year-round.
