What truly sets them apart is their unwavering patience, genuine kindness, and the way they make every interaction feel personalized and meaningful. "I only used them for Ad Grant management. They seem like very friendly people but I am not an expert on Ad Grants and I got better results in my first month they they did in their first month. On my own I averaged 6-8 visits a day and I was hoping that they had the experience that they could set things up to fully take advantage of the Ad Grant. When they set up their ads, I only received 1-2 visits per day. When I reached out to them, they basically stated that they were collecting information and that they couldn't control the search volume for the keywords on my website. My impression is that they have a "one size fits all" approach to the ad grants and I didn't feel anyone was really going to bat for my foundation. Great idea for when it was a free service, but should do more for a paid service."
"Having worked with other marketing agencies, we were constantly disappointed by their poor performances and lack of results. (i.e. conversion API not being set up properly, not hitting ROAS goals even after a yeaer, etc.) Our marketing was in shambles and we had months where we lost money. My company was feeling devasted. Then we started working with PWI in December of 2023. Within just one month, in January 2024, we turned the "ship" around and instantly we were back on profit. So much so that we had our initial record month in February 2024 with over 5x ROAS. And then in April 2024, we hit another record month (shattering the February record). When PWI initially said that they can help us get to 4x ROAS, I thought they were joking. But it appears that we're sitting at 5-6x ROAS as our new average."
"We had a very mixed experience. While there was definitely data showing that an increased number of clicks to our site, they were unable to show what happened after that (not every instance was their fault, dealing with multiple web hosting companies is a crazy endeavor, and they don't all speak to each other.) But the real problem was communication and feedback with PWI. Every phone call I had was truly rushed as if they had somewhere else to be. Sometimes I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I was told that we needed to improve key words on our website, but given no guidance on how to do it, even when I would straight up ask. I requested multiple times for written guidance on how to update, requested sessions or suggestions on how to improve, but only received the most general of advice "make your website more appealing" was a literal suggestion. There is also no direct contact, you have to go through Zendesk, making it a complicated and drawn out process, and virtually no one will ever put a name to an email, so you're constantly talking to a faceless entity. I wouldn't say they do nothing... as again, the analytics show that clicks to our site were indeed happening, but the entire process is so opaque and it's ultimately a cold experience. If the price point was like 75% less, I would consider doing this again, as the cost would outweigh the indignity of it all... but after almost a year of using their service, I would not do it again for the high cost they charge."
"We were astounded that PWI would provide nonprofit organizations with a CRM system at no cost. Who takes that action? I'm grateful, PWI."
