"The only reason this place gets 1 star is because the woman at the front desk was very helpful. What a horrible experience, the address on the app is not even correct. Logging on to the wifi was probably the worst experience of my life ( and I work in IT). The app has no mention of "wifi" and getting network access is really a painful experience, especially coming from a WeWork shared office space. Even if you are able to find the building and log on to the Wifi, the layout to this space (and every Regus location) is horrible. You also need a card to access the coffee machine? Which is included in my membership but I was actually embarrassed that I had to stoop to that level. Better off working in the mall or a coffee shop."
"Avoid these scammers!!! My lease was auto renewed for 1 more year 4 months before expired with no choices to negotiate, when I was a month before the end of my lease to cancel they gave me the you can’t do it cuz is auto renewed since you never answered your email I tried so many ways to get out but they never let me and won’t let you, funny thing when I went to sign my lease the woman in charge painted the best scenario, she’s the biggest snake in charge, I tried multiple times to reach out to her and never had the courtesy to answer back Do not use these people, if you do, be on top of your lease cuz they auto renew for you, that’s how they get you and won’t let you out of it I ended up paying an extra year for an office I didn’t use and they didn’t care cuz have no spine"
"I'm usually a very easy going person but Regus has probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in life! No one ever gets back to you when you need help! You speak to one person and that person passes the buck over to someone else then that person promises to call you back and never does! And all I needed was for someone to help me set up my voicemail! Don't do it! Not worth the money!"
